Human Resource (HR) management responsible to effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. This is to ensure that the institute utilizes the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance in order to achieve the institute's missions and visions.
The administration department is the department that is responsible for the general running of the organization. It is mandated to provide administrative and logistical assistance to all departments of the organization.
